II Peter 3- God's incredible patience

Although I and my family are ready for the return of Christ, millions are not.  I long for the day that Christ draws the true church to Himself in the clouds.  We will finally be away from the sin filled earth and in His presence!  What an amazing hope we have.  It could happen at any second, but God is waiting for the perfect time.

His patience for the lost are incomprehensible.  From the time of the Garden of Eden, God has allowed sin to be present in His creation.  Now 6000 to 10,000 years later He is still waiting for the perfect timing for the return of His Son.
